Ryan Wesley Routh, the man arrested on Sunday (September 15) for trying to shoot former President Donald Trump, can be seen showing his penis to a woman.

TMZ exclusively reported that Routh, a construction worker, flashed as a woman photographed him at the home he was working on. The woman told the outlet that the photo was taken in December 2020 while Routh was building a loft at her Hawaii home.

TMZ did not identify the woman, but said she found Ryan on Facebook and hired him to do construction work on her home for $4,000. She described him as “a bit of a pervert,” based on interactions she had with him at the time.

The woman reportedly said she was excited about the new construction and took pictures of it. There were also pictures of Routh, since he was the one doing the work. One of the pictures she took, published exclusively by TMZ, shows Routh showing off his penis.

She said that after he saw her taking pictures, he approached her and asked why she was doing it. When she told Routh why, he asked her to take another picture. That’s when he unzipped his pants and showed his penis, TMZ reported.

A New York Times profile of Routh describes him as a former construction worker from North Carolina who was a staunch supporter of Ukraine during its war with Russia.

Despite his lack of military experience, he wrote on social media that he wanted to take part in the armed conflict in Ukraine. In an interview with The New York Times, he also claimed that he went to Ukraine to support the country’s war effort against Russia.
