Samsung’s upcoming flagship Galaxy tablets with AI features now available for pre-order in India

Samsung on Tuesday announced that it is opening pre-bookings for the launch of its upcoming flagship Galaxy tablets in India. Potential buyers can pre-book the tablets for a nominal price and avail early access benefits, and also be the first to receive them upon launch. The development comes amid rumours that the Galaxy Tab S10 series could debut soon, with its renders and specifications already surfacing online.

Samsung Galaxy Tablets – Pre-booking

In a press release, Samsung announced that pre-bookings for the upcoming flagship Galaxy tablets have already begun. Buyers can pre-book for Rs 1,000. Apart from getting the tablet within the first few days of its launch, they will also be able to avail benefits worth Rs 3,499.

Bookings can be made in advance on the Samsung website, at Samsung India Smart Cafés, e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Flipkart, and at authorised Samsung retail stores across India.

While the tech conglomerate didn’t go into detail about its upcoming tablets, the teaser suggests they will be powered by Galaxy AI, the company’s suite of artificial intelligence (AI) features. It is speculated to be the Galaxy Tab S10 series, which is rumored to debut this year and consist of two models: the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ and the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Series Specifications (Expected)

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy S10 Ultra are expected to feature 12.3-inch and 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays. The Galaxy Tab S10+ is expected to have up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, meanwhile, could have 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

In terms of optics, the Galaxy Tab S10+ is expected to feature a single 12-megapixel front-facing camera, while the Ultra model could have two 12-megapixel selfie cameras. At the back, both tablets are expected to have a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ may be equipped with a 10,090 mAh battery, while the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra may have an 11,200 mAh battery.
