Amazfit on Wednesday (September 18, 2024) launched its new Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch in India, designed for adventure enthusiasts. The watch meets military-grade durability standards, the company claims.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch has a 1.5-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of up to 2000 nits.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 offers up to 27 days of battery life with normal use or 180 hours with GPS turned on.

The watch features an improved strength training mode where users can create their own workout templates in the Zepp app and sync them to the watch for workouts right on their wrist.

T-Rex 3 offers over 170 training modes, including the new Hyrox Race mode, Freediving, Ultramarathon and improved Strength Training mode.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 also has the world’s first smartwatch operating system with fully integrated AI, the ability to connect to third-party fitness devices, and an AI assistant based on OpenAI’s GPT-4o technology.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 offers advanced privacy protection with flexible GPS data storage options, including permanent or temporary cloud storage, no data upload to the cloud, or turning off GPS completely.

Users can back up data via email, the cloud, mobile systems or export files, giving them full control and protection of their personal data, the company says.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 comes in Onyx color and is priced at ₹19,999 in the Indian market. It can be pre-ordered on Amazon.
