A lesser-advertised feature that’s arguably even more helpful, at least for international travelers, is the new ability to convert currencies from different countries in the Calculator app. For example, you can quickly see how much $100 in the U.S. is worth in Colombian pesos or British pounds.

Just open the Calculator app, select the calculator icon in the bottom left corner, choose Basic, and enable the new Convert features. From here, you can select the currencies you want to convert and see what the exchange rate is. It’s very simple.

Converting units, such as temperature or area, is also much easier in the Calculator app.

You can also use this new conversation feature for units. You can use it to quickly see how much 1,000,000 centimeters is in feet (answer: 1076). Or how much 95 degrees Fahrenheit is in Celsius (answer: 35).

In short, you’ll be using Calculator a lot more often.
