US Generated Fewer Renewable Energy Blended Credits in August, EPA Says | The Mighty 790 KFGO

NEW YORK (Reuters) – The United States generated fewer renewable energy credits in August than in the previous month, data from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) showed on Thursday.

The data shows about 1.32 billion ethanol blending (D6) credits were generated last month, compared to about 1.33 billion in June.

The number of credits generated from biodiesel blending (D4) fell to 639 million in August from 828 million in the previous month, the data showed.
