Tata-owned grocery platform BigBasket has announced that it will launch an electronics section in partnership with Croma. Interestingly, Croma is also a Tata-owned electronics company. The first gadget to be launched will be the iPhone 16.

The company said it will be venturing into the consumer electronics sector for the first time. By partnering with Croma, it aims to deliver electronic gadgets like laptops, mobile phones, microwaves and PlayStations, among others, within minutes. This is quite similar to Blinkit’s electronics division, which can deliver electronic gadgets within minutes.
