Splendora ISD partners with Next Level PRIME to enhance employee health benefits

Next Level PRIME, a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services, recently announced a new partnership with Splendora Independent School District. This collaboration will significantly expand the healthcare benefits available to Splendora ISD employees, reinforcing the district’s commitment to fostering a culture of wellness and development.

This initiative aims to support the physical, mental and emotional well-being of employees, creating a more balanced and productive work environment. Next Level PRIME will operate seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., offering Splendora ISD employees access to personalized resources, medical specialists and engaging wellness programs.

Brian Kroeger, executive director of human resources at Splendora ISD, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership.

“At Splendora ISD, we understand that healthcare costs are rising, so by partnering with Next Level Medical, we can control costs for our employees,” Kroeger said. “We can offer urgent care, primary care and emotional wellness through our partnership with Next Level PRIME, at no cost to the employee. The beauty of this program is that an employee can be seen in person or virtually without any barriers to accessing healthcare. Our goal is to reduce financial stress and foster a culture of wellness. This is a significant step toward improving the overall health of our workforce.”

This new program is part of Splendora ISD’s ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive support and resources that empower employees to lead healthier lives.

“Investing in the health of our employees is a direct investment in the future of our school district,” Kroeger said.

Juliet Breeze, CEO and founder of Next Level Medical, highlighted the benefits of the partnership.

“Our broad range of services, including primary care, acute care and emotional well-being coaching, ensures that every employee receives the care they need,” Breeze said. “This contributes to a healthier, more productive workforce. Since PRIME launched, both employees and employers have seen significant benefits, including lower health care costs and no co-pays for primary, acute or wellness visits.”

Splendora ISD remains committed to its mission of providing an exceptional educational environment, and the partnership with Next Level PRIME reflects the school’s commitment to supporting the health and well-being of its teachers and staff.

Splendora ISD covers 79 square miles and has more than 5,320 students. Although it is the smallest school district in Montgomery County, it offers students a wide range of opportunities. The high school is a designated Early College High School, where students can complete the Core Complete program or earn an Associate of Arts or Science degree, and career-minded students have a variety of career paths to choose from. Elementary schools offer dual language instruction for the youngest students and Pre-AP classes for sixth graders. Middle school students have Pre-AP classes, Career and Technical Education classes, and numerous extracurricular programs.
