Al B. Shore! Suggests Diddy’s Involvement in Kim Porter’s 2018 Death

A week after the arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs, new rock singer Al B. Sure! has taken to Instagram to detail what he claims is a vast conspiracy surrounding the 2018 death of model-turned-actress Kim Porter, his former flame and then, after their split, the newly minted tycoon’s girlfriend, whose alleged knowledge of his alleged sex trafficking led to her death, the R&B singer suggests in his plea for an investigation.

On Monday, Al B. Sure!, whose real name is Albert Joseph Brown, detailed what he believes was the work of multiple people surrounding Brown at the time of her death from pneumonia; in four posts that include photos of the former couple and pages from her memoir, Brown refers to Porter’s 2018 death as a “tragic murder.”

“In short, Kimberly was allegedly taken from us because she was set on accomplishing what Ms. Cassie Ventura did by lighting the Bon Fire (sic) that brings us here today,” Brown wrote.

In his appeal for an investigation by the authorities, Brown suggests that anyone who was near Porter’s home, particularly members of the public, should be questioned by law enforcement, as he accuses them of conspiring to prevent the publication of Porter’s book. He claims this involved switching pages of her manuscript with others so that provocative details would never be published. Brown claims that he learned what Porter intended to include in her memoir from “frequent and intimate conversations in her selfless attempts to save my life.”

Brown also claims that authorities ignored him for years as they tried to expose the alleged cover-up, and even “medically silenced” him when he tried to come forward. In 2023, he fell into a coma after being intubated while hospitalized for multiple illnesses. He underwent a liver transplant and survived the ordeal, which he described on Instagram as “multiple organ failure, sepsis, intubation, 38 days on a ventilator, and having to visit death’s door.”

Porter was found dead in her Toluca Lake, California, home in 2018 after several days of flu-like symptoms. The coroner initially listed Porter’s cause of death as “delayed” but later changed it to lobar pneumonia. Porter dated Diddy sporadically until 2017; in addition to the three children she had with Diddy—Christian Combs and twins D’Lila and Jessie Combs—Porter had a son, Quincy Brown, with Brown.

In four of her Instagram posts, Brown refers to allegedly stolen notes that were supposed to go into Porter’s memoir and claims that her devices, including her computer, are gone, suggesting some sort of cover-up surrounding the book and her death. Brown’s references to Ventura and the “recently released indictment document” further suggest, in a not-so-subtle way, that Combs is involved in Porter’s death, apparently to keep certain details from her memoir.

“Ms. Porter’s missing devices, allegedly already in evidence, undoubtedly contain key evidence that was suppressed. I am confident that the evidence closely matches the details presented in the recently released indictment. It should also be noted that those involved in this case may also be connected to the cover-up of the alleged murders of several prominent entertainers,” Brown wrote, adding cryptically that “many were confused” but that those in the entertainment industry should “have a clearer understanding of the obvious.”

An email seeking comment from a representative of the jailed tycoon to Combs Global did not immediately return a response Monday. Combs has been in custody for a week after being arrested on human trafficking and RICO charges.
