New figures show that divorces and separations over big money hit record highs last year

The number of divorces and separations involving assets worth more than €3 million reached a record high last year, new figures show.

The total number of divorce and separation applications filed in the Supreme Court last year was almost a third higher than the previous year and twice as high as just before the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019.
