Reggie Bush Sues NCAA Over Name, Image and Likeness Restrictions

Reggie Bush on Monday sued the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the University of Southern California and the Pac-12 Conference, alleging the groups conspired to prevent the now-retired quarterback from selling his highly prized name, image and likeness.

The Heisman Trophy winner said his school and organizations continue to deny him permission to use his likeness because it relates to his NCAA career, restricts licensing and limits his ability to trade in the licensing market, in violation of California antitrust law.
