Keyloop reshuffles core team as Tim Smith appointed as chief strategy officer – Car Dealer Magazine

Keyloop has announced a reorganization of its leadership team as part of its streamlining efforts following the acquisition of ATG earlier this year.

In May, Car Dealer reported that Keyloop Enters into Agreement to Acquire ATG As part of the deal, group principal Tim Smith has joined the management team.

Keyloop has confirmed that Smith has officially taken on the role of Chief Strategy Officer and will be responsible for “Fusion” – the industry’s first “Automotive Retail Platform (ARP)”.

Bosses say the ARP will cover four key areas – supply, demand, ownership and operations – and intendwe deliver value to retailers, OEMs, financiers, fleet providers and partners worldwide  

Smith will be responsible for managing the new department, which will also handle marketing and offerings.

Commenting on his appointment and the launch of ARP, Tim Smith said: “I am excited to take on this new role at Keyloop.
