Vice President Kamala Harris is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to discuss her economic policy. She said she will unveil a proposal aimed at securing manufacturing jobs in the United States.

At rallies in North Carolina and New Hampshire, Harris spoke of offering a $6,000 child tax credit, $25,000 in aid for first-time homebuyers and tax breaks for small businesses starting up.

This will be Harris’ fourth visit to the Pittsburgh area since becoming the Democratic presidential candidate.
