Hogan Lovells adds two lawyers to its capital markets practice

Íñigo Berrícano and Alex Parkhouse have joined Hogan Lovells in its capital markets practice in Madrid and London, respectively, the company announced on Thursday.

Berrícano focuses his practice on equity work, including capital raisings, rights issues and public offerings, the firm says. He advises on debt restructuring, corporate governance and public mergers and acquisitions.

Parkhouse’s practice covers the full range of capital markets and public M&A transactions, as well as advising public companies, the firm said. He advises U.S.-listed issuers located abroad on compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission regulations and information disclosure issues.

They both join from Linklaters.
