Post-game traffic flow/routes

To provide a more convenient commute for fans leaving Auburn, new post-game exit routes were created in consultation with transportation experts from across the region. The goal of these changes is to maximize the use of two major highways, Interstate 85 and U.S. Highway 280, that connect Auburn to the state and region.

There are designated routes for each parking lot on campus, which can be viewed at AuburnTigers.com/gameday or on the official Auburn Athletics app. While some routes may seem unusual in everyday life, the aim is to get traffic flowing on larger arterial roads as quickly as possible.

Local law enforcement will continue to be present at intersections to direct traffic to designated routes.

Each game day parking pass issued by Auburn University now includes a QR code with a map and designated route from each parking lot to either 85 or 280.

We encourage fans to plan ahead and be aware of routes after the game and use Waze to find the best routes to and from the Auburn campus. You can find traffic maps after the game HERE.

Tiger Walk

As the $30 million expansion and renovation of Plainsman Park nears completion before the 2025 season, fan seating around Tiger Walk will be impacted during the 2024 football season. While the entire west side of Tiger Walk will remain fully accessible, the east side will be restricted from the beginning of the baseball stadium’s right field gate to the Frank Thomas statue near home plate.

Parking updates

Ross Square, west of Samford Hall, is now a permanent parking space available for purchase by Auburn fans.

Note: Grass parking restrictions are currently in place along Wire Road across from the Woltosz Football Performance Center for at least the first five games of the 2024 season.

A limited number of single-game parking passes are still available for sale HERE.

Construction of the North End zone

As part of continued progress in the modernization of the north end zone of Jordan-Hare Stadium, there will be very limited pedestrian and golf cart traffic on the paths between Petrie Hall and the north end of Jordan-Hare Stadium. Fans and those using golf carts are advised to use the thatched hall as the east and west walkways on the north side of the stadium. Please plan accordingly.

New rideshare location

In addition to the rideshare location located at Wire Road and War Eagle Way, an additional rideshare location has been added at the corner of Duncan and Samford Drive to provide expanded options for those traveling to and from campus through rideshare partners

Cooling stations

Three new cooling stations have been added outside Jordan-Hare Stadium. These locations include the start of the Tiger Walk on Samford & Donahue Drive, the Tiger Transit drop-off site on War Eagle Way, and the daily Tiger Transit Depot on the east side of Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Water bottle policy

Fans arriving at Jordan-Hare Stadium will be allowed to enter the stadium with a fully closed, clear water bottle or an empty, clear plastic water bottle.
