Fast Stop Travel Centers, an acquisition-oriented company, has acquired three gas stations in Ogden, Willard, and Pleasant View, Utah, from Willard-based Trigon.

“These deals highlight the growing demand for high-quality commercial real estate in northern Utah,” said Matthew Porter, a Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) agent who represented both the buyer and seller. “These successful transactions (contribute) to the vision of expanding Fast Stop travel centers in the Rocky Mountains.”

Fast Stop has made several acquisitions in recent years. In October 2022, it acquired nine convenience stores from Common Cents Stores in southeastern Idaho. In February 2023, it acquired Conoco Travel Plaza in Meadow, Utah. In June 2023, it acquired three stores from Triple Stop Inc. in Davis County, Utah.

Fast Stop Travel Centers, a family-owned business based in Ogden, operates more than 50 retail locations ranging from smaller urban convenience stores to larger travel centers in Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado and Nebraska. Locations offer Chevron, Texaco, 76, Conoco, Shell and Sinclair fuels. They offer A&W, Subway and Taco Time quick service restaurants (QSRs), family sit-down restaurants, and a variety of other takeout options. The company also operates motels and RV parks.
