Cyber ​​attack on Transport for London (TfL): what you need to know

To replace a lost photocard, call TfL on 0343 222 1234 between 08:00 and 20:00 every day and select option 1.

Entries for new Oyster photo cards, including Zip cards, have been temporarily suspended.

Continue traveling as usual and record any charges paid as TfL may be able to provide a refund once the cybersecurity incident has been resolved and your card has been issued.

Freedom Passes are managed separately by London authorities and have not been affected by the cyberattack.
