TVS Emerald expands its footprint with strategic land acquisition in Bengaluru and Chennai

Developer Emerald Haven Realty Ltd (TVS Emerald) has acquired two strategic plots with a combined revenue of Rs 900 crore, the company announced on Saturday.

TVS Emerald, a subsidiary of TVS Holdings Ltd, has acquired a 4-acre plot with an initial salable area of ​​half a million square feet in Thanisandra, north Bengaluru, with a reserve potential of Rs 600 crore. Additionally, the company has acquired another 4-acre plot at Padur in Chennai, which is estimated to offer a reserve value of Rs 300 crore.

“Our dual expansion in Bengaluru and Chennai demonstrates our commitment to deliver premium residential projects in high-growth areas,” said TVS Emerald Director and CEO Sriram Iyer. He further emphasized that the Thanisandra project is part of the rapid development of the region, and the investment in Padur strengthens the company’s presence in Chennai, focusing on the changing needs of urban homebuyers.
