Emerald Haven Realty Ltd (TVS Emerald), a Chennai-based property developer, has announced two significant land acquisitions with a combined book value potential of ₹900 crore. The company has secured a four-acre plot at Padur in Chennai with a potential book value of ₹300 crore. It has also acquired a four-acre plot in Thanisandra, north Bengaluru, with an initial salable area of ​​half a million square feet and a potential book value of ₹600 crore.
