Developing community leaders under new leadership programs

The People’s Association is doing more to develop and empower new community leaders. It is launching two new programs under its National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI). Fifty youth leaders will be guided to undertake ground-up projects and leaders from civic society will be trained to navigate complex social issues. Deputy Chairman of the People’s Association Edwin Tong says leaders are needed in every aspect of life in Singapore.
