Bedayat Business Incubator and Hamdan SME Innovation Incubator from Dubai launch Emirati Tech Founder Program

(MENAFN – Diamond-Developers) Dubai, United Arab Emirates: September 27, 2024: Bedayat, a business incubator located in The Sustainable City – Dubai, has partnered with Hamdan Innovation Incubator (Hi2), an initiative of the Mohammed bin Rashid establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Dubai SME), part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, to launch the Emirati Tech Founder Program, a new accelerator designed to support technology entrepreneurs in the United Arab Emirates. With an emphasis on creating sustainable solutions that address social, environmental and economic challenges, the program was launched at the SEE Institute, the region’s first net-zero emissions building, located in The Sustainable City, underscoring the initiative’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.

The Emirati Tech Founder Program aims to create a dynamic platform for UAE entrepreneurs, equipping them with the tools, knowledge and support necessary to transform their innovative concepts into thriving, impactful companies. By supporting the next generation of technology-enabled start-ups, this initiative not only supports Emirati citizens but also contributes to Dubai’s broader vision for sustainability and innovation.

This intensive eight-week program guides participants through key phases designed to support the development, testing and scaling of innovative solutions. The program offers access to resources such as specialist workshops, mentoring and collaborative spaces, enabling start-ups to refine their business models and connect with potential funding sources.

Bedayat Business Incubator, certified by Dubai SME and focused on sustainable start-ups, will provide entrepreneurs with a vibrant and nurturing ecosystem offering testing, mentoring and investment. Innovative solutions will be tested in The Sustainable City living laboratory, supporting the growth and development of sustainable business ideas.
