Sellers contest Indian antitrust probe against Flipkart and Amazon

Three online sellers operating on Flipkart have initiated legal action against India’s antitrust authority, the Competition Commission of India, or CCI. The lawsuits are in response to an investigation completed in August that found that Flipkart, Amazon and select sellers violated local competition laws by giving excessive preferences to certain online sellers.
