McDermott Will & Emery adds Sebastien Bonneau as a partner

Sebastien Bonneau has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its transaction practice group in London, the firm announced on Monday.

Bonneau focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate, joint ventures and energy, the company said.

In addition to advising clients in the data center and digital infrastructure industries, he also advises entrepreneurs on global development through growth, innovation, strategic mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and strategic partnerships with blue chips.
