Aligned Data Centers has named Meghan Baivier as chief financial officer. With 23 years of experience in finance and leadership, Baiver will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring continued growth. Baivier has held positions at companies including Easterly Government Properties, Citigroup’s real estate and lodging investment banking group, Chilton Investment and Fidelity Management and Research.

Anubhav Raj, Investment Director

Former CFO Anubhav Raj will take over the newly created position of Chief Investment Officer. In this role, Raj will lead strategic investment and capital deployment activities that drive long-term growth. As CFO, Raj established secure strategic partnerships and pioneered several first-of-its-kind financings and record-breaking transactions that raised over $10 billion in capital. Raj and Baiver will work together to maximize results for clients and stakeholders.

Randy Cooper, Executive Vice President and Partner

Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm, has promoted Randy Cooper to executive vice president and partner. Cooper will continue to help lead Stream’s office tenant representation practice in the North Texas market and contribute to the growth of the company’s office tenant representation practice nationally. With a four-decade career and commitment to tenant representation, Cooper serves corporate users in multiple locations. His results-driven approach has led to the successful completion of over 30 million square feet of projects with a total transaction value exceeding $18 billion.

Tenika Davenport, Texas Market Leader and Employee Benefits

IMA Financial Group, an insurance brokerage firm, announced that Teniqua Davenport will join as the new employee benefits market leader in Texas. Bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in benefits administration, financial services and risk management, Davenport will help grow IMA’s growing employee benefits division throughout Texas. In his new role, Davenport will lead and mentor a growing employee benefits team, manage P&L, proprietary vendor and partner relationships throughout Texas, and maintain a commitment to operational and service excellence.

Taylor’s lance, Senior Vice President of Development

Trademark Property Company has named Lance Taylor as senior vice president of development. Taylor will lead the next phase of Trademark’s commerce and multi-functional platform. Taylor led the management of significant investment plans, led strategic acquisitions, identified investment potential and engaged exceptional tenants. In his previous role as vice president of acquisitions and development at Newmark Merrill Companies, he expanded the retail center portfolio in the Mountain West. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Lance Taylor is joined at The Trademark Property by Blake Bickmore, the new vice president of development. Taylor will help oversee new and existing developments, remodels, and manage tenant design and construction teams. They will also explore growth opportunities in high-growth markets, using their own research and relationships with retailers to identify target markets for expansion. Drawing on his extensive experience at companies including Reef Capital Partners, The Dilweg Companies and Crescent Communities, where he most recently served as Chief Development Officer, Bickmore will play a key role in ensuring key growth successes at Trademark.

Jerrod Baumann, Senior Vice President of Software Design

46 Labs, which manages global connectivity for industry-leading organizations, has hired Jerrod Baumann as senior vice president of software design following the company’s recent acquisitions of Hypercube Network and Impact Telecom. Baumann not only brings extensive experience in telecommunications and technology to 46 Labs, but also successfully founded CLEC, a voice and data services company. Baumann later took on management positions focusing on product innovation in the telecommunications industry. In his most recent position at Equinix, Baumann helped develop configuration management and telemetry software for one of the largest networks in the world.

With over 20 years of campaign and event management experience, Hall has held senior marketing positions at Slalom Consulting, Vestar and Trademark Property Company, and Southwestern Health Resources.
