Jacobs completes spin-off of critical mission solutions and cyber and intelligence businesses

In September 2024, Jacobs Solutions completed the spin-off of its mission critical and cyber and intelligence solutions. On September 27, these companies were spun off and merged with Amentum, creating a new publicly traded company. Jacobs shareholders received one share of Amentum Holdings (listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “AMTM”) for each share of Jacobs owned on September 23.
