HCLSoftware’s Startup SYNC announces first-ever startup cohort program focused on retail and e-commerce innovation

HCLSoftware, the software division of HCLTech and a leading global provider of enterprise software solutions, today announced the successful launch of its first-ever startup cohort program designed to support innovation in the retail and e-commerce industries. This program, led by HCL Startup SYNC, aims to identify new software trends and create synergies with existing HCLSoftware products and platforms.

Building partnerships for a successful future

The program began with comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at attracting promising startups in key challenge areas, including omnichannel and customer experience, supply chain and traceability, and business intelligence and personalization. From a pool of nearly 100 applications, 25 startups were selected to present their solutions. Ultimately, seven innovative companies were qualified for the program: SaleAssist (India), AiCodePro (India), Tasq.AI (Israel), Footprint Labs (Australia), Houston Analytics (Finland), Synthiq (Great Britain) and Tip Top Technologie (USA).

Selected startups are currently undergoing the implementation process and have started joint discussions with HCLSoftware product teams. These discussions are intended to finalize use cases, pave the way for collaborative development efforts, and ultimately build end-to-end solutions that address critical challenges in retail and e-commerce.
