Ina Garten: Recipe for success

Ina Garten was working on economic policy in the White House when, at age 30, she changed direction and bought a small specialty food store called Barefoot Contessa in West Hampton Beach, New York. This launched her career as an entrepreneur, cookbook author and food television host. Garten, whose new memoir is titled “Be Ready When Good Luck Happens,” talks to correspondent Rita Braver about her painful childhood; her marriage; and what he thinks about the prospect of retirement.
