BITS Pilani and Impactsure Technologies collaborate on pioneering artificial intelligence research | Education

BITS Pilani has teamed up with Impactsure Technologies Private Limited, a SaaS company focused on intelligent document processing and AI/ML-based analytics, to facilitate research collaborations.

The focus will be on advanced analytical solutions, intelligent information and document processing, and will also support business and science cooperation to support innovation and technology development.

The MoU aims to focus on harnessing the power of big and small language models (LLM and SLM) to develop new software for enterprises and BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance) sectors.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Professor Soumyo Mukherji, Director, BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus, Co Soumyabrata Chakraborty, Registrar of BITS Pilani, and Dharmarajan Sankara Subrahmanian, Founder and CEO, Impactsure, who is also an alumnus of BITS Pilani (1990-95 batch) .

“Returning to my alma mater as part of this cooperation is a proud moment. Our main goal at Impactsure is to interpret information intelligently and insightfully. The partnership with BITS Pilani will accelerate our mission of providing cutting-edge enterprise and BFSI solutions globally,” said Dharmarajan, Founder and CEO, Impactsure.

The partnership will include joint research projects, knowledge-sharing initiatives and opportunities for Impactsure students and faculty to collaborate on projects that have the potential to change the way industries approach information and document processing, analytics and digital transformation, as mentioned in the press release.
