The recruitment of applications for the Best Places to Work 2025 campaign is starting

The campaign launched an annual search for the best jobs in the UK across the media, agency, advertising and marketing sectors.

The Best Places to Work 2025 program recognizes up to 100 employers who are rated based on what employees say about the company and its benefits and workplace practices.

The initiative is open to applications from across the country, including brand marketing departments as well as advertising and media, digital, design, production and PR agencies.

The winners will be grouped into different categories according to company size and will be recognized in the 2025 Campaign.

Companies have until December 13 register to take part in the Best Places to Work 2025 competition.

There will then be a two-stage assessment by independent research firm Workforce Research Group, after employers provide information about their benefits, policies and practices and employees complete a confidential workplace culture questionnaire.

Employers do not pay any fees for participating in the survey and assessment process, but they can purchase a report on the data of their organization’s employees, prepared by WRG.

To enter the competition, companies must employ at least 15 staff in the UK, or 15 staff in marketing if they work for a brand.
