Cooley hires Jeremy Morrison as competition partner

Jeremy Morrison has joined Cooley as an antitrust and competition partner in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

According to the firm, Morrison advises clients on antitrust compliance, investigations and merger and acquisition review before federal and state agencies. He represents clients before the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and international tribunals, including the European Commission and the Canadian Competition Bureau.
