Winsupply acquires Epic Supply in Texas

HVACR, plumbing and industrial PVF distributor Winsupply has acquired Epic Supply, LLC.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2007 by Jay and Shelly Hall and Ross and Vicki Ryon, Epic Supply distributes commercial plumbing supplies to customers throughout Texas.

The founders will continue to cooperate with the company in various positions.

Epic Supply was built on honesty and integrity,” said Steve Coen, Winsupply’s chief business development officer, in an Oct. 2 press release. “Their strong leadership team, deep customer relationships and solid supplier partnerships make them a great fit for the Winsupply family of companies.”

Jay Hall and Ross Ryon will continue to serve as presidents of Epic Supply in Haltom City and Dallas, respectively. Shelly Hall and Vicki Ryon will remain in their finance roles.

Winsupply’s most recent acquisitions included Forge PolyFab (Texas), completed on June 27, and General Metals Manufacturing & Supply (Arizona), completed on June 10.

Winsupply was ranked No. 2 for MDM Plumbing, No. 3 for HVACR, No. 6 for Industrial PVF, and No. 5 for Industrial Supplies.
