Product chief Harvey, former Wachtell partner joins Debevoise (1)

Harvey AI head of product and former Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz partner Gordon Moodie joins Debevoise & Plimpton.

As the firm announced on Monday, Moodie joins Debevoise on October 2 as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions and public company advisory group.

Moodie spent more than 18 years at Wachtell before leaving the company in June 2023 to join Harvey, an OpenAI-backed generative artificial intelligence startup, as chief product officer.
