Suspected drunk driver in hospital after accident: police

Police say there was a crash Wednesday that involved multiple vehicles under the influence of alcohol.

At approximately 11:30 p.m., officers were called to the area of ​​30 Avenue and 37 Street where a car had crashed into a home.

Officers determined that the driver of the Chrysler 300 lost consciousness and struck several vehicles before the car came to rest on the front steps of the home.

The driver was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
