TIPCO acquires Alliance Hose & Rubber in northern Illinois

Liquid solutions distributor TIPCO Technologies has partnered with Alliance Hose & Rubber Co.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Alliance Hose & Rubber, based in Elmhurst, Illinois, is a supplier of industrial, hydraulic and pneumatic hose connectors and provides custom manufacturing services to customers.

According to an Oct. 2 press release, this partnership marks TIPCO’s entry into the Midwest, enabling the company to serve a larger customer base and explore new growth opportunities. TIPCO said the partnership will enhance its capabilities and expand its reach, further strengthening its position in the market.

TIPCO will expand to 35 locations in 17 states, significantly increasing its presence in Illinois.

TIPCO’s most recent acquisitions included Hoses2U (Denver, CO), completed on September 9, and Charter Industrial Supply (San Diego, CA), completed on September 4.
