Garth Brooks was accused of sexual assault and battery by a woman who said she worked as his hair and make-up artist.

The woman, identified as “Jane Roe,” filed the complaint on Thursday, October 3. According to CNN, the woman claims that Brooks, 62, raped her during a business trip in 2019. Brooks has previously denied the accuser’s claims. “Nas” weekly. asked him for comment.

The lawsuit says Roe began working for the country star in 2017, initially hired to do hair and makeup for his wife. Trisha YearwoodIn addition to the sexual assault and battery, Roe claims that Brooks sent her sexually explicit text messages, repeatedly exposed his genitals and buttocks to her, and discussed his sexual fantasies in front of her. Roe described one alleged incident that occurred in 2019 in which she claims Brooks came out of the shower naked and “grabbed her hands and forced them” into his genitals.

Roe further alleged that Brooks “repeatedly made comments” about “having a threesome” with Yearwood, 60, whom Brooks married in 2005.

Prior to Roe’s filing, Brooks anonymously filed a complaint in an attempt to prevent Roe from repeating her allegations and vehemently denying the claims.

“The defendant’s allegations are false,” the lawsuit stated. “However, the defendant recognizes the significant, irreparable harm that such false allegations would cause to the plaintiff’s well-deserved reputation as a decent and caring person, as well as the inevitable harm to his family and the irreparable harm to his career and livelihood that would result if he carried out his threat. “public filing of a fabricated lawsuit.”
