Andrew Tate’s human trafficking case seeks $40 million in estate refund due to ‘lack of evidence’

Andrew Tate claims he had his $40 million fortune “returned” due to a “lack of evidence” in his human trafficking case.

The controversial influencer and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested in Romania on December 29, 2022, following an investigation into alleged sexual assault and abuse.

A few days later, all their property was confiscated and has since been in the possession of the Romanian authorities.

However, in an update on X/Twitter, Andrew Tate stated that he was to get all his possessions back, including his famous orange Bugatti Chiron.

Tate posted a topless photo of himself with a thumbs up and added: “The Bucharest Tribunal just ruled to return my $40 million estate due to lack of evidence.

“All my supercars. Gold bars. $3,000,000 in cash.

“All.”

Brother Tristan Tate also took to social media.

He wrote: “The judges have proven once again that there is justice here in Romania. All my recently repossessed cars will be returned in less than 24 hours.

“Thank you to them for another good conversation. It’s over soon.”

This happened just weeks after the break-in at Andrew Tate’s home in Bucharest, which was one of four properties searched by police in connection with the ongoing case.

Dexerto reports that a Tate spokesman said: “While the allegations contained in the search warrant are not yet fully resolved, they include suspicions of human trafficking and money laundering.”

Andrew Tate stayed outspoken and quirky when recently speaking out about Oasis tickets and claiming their heyday was “peak Britain” – despite being a kid in the 1990s.
