Swiss stage of the 2024 Championship: Schedule, results, where to watch

The Swiss phase of the 2024 Championship is where the best teams from around the world face off in a best-of-seven series to determine who advances to the knockout stages.

The Swiss format is a tournament system in which participants are paired up based on their current win-loss record. It is designed to ensure that teams with similar records play against each other, leading to more competitive and balanced matches throughout the tournament.

Starting from the second round, teams are paired up based on their wins and losses from the previous rounds. Teams with similar records play against each other.

The top teams with three wins based on their win-loss record will qualify for the 2024 Worlds single-elimination knockout stage.
