RALEIGH, N.C. (WECT) – Governor Cooper has issued an executive order that increases the ability of medical personnel to help Helene.

The order makes it easier for healthcare professionals licensed in other states, recent retirees and others with necessary skills to assist in response and recovery in North Carolina.
