Q2 results: TCS, IREDA, Avenue Supermarts among companies to announce results next week; check the full list here

The earnings season will begin next week and several prominent companies such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), IREDA and others will release their quarterly results ending September 31, 2024.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s leading software services provider, will be in the spotlight when the IT giant kicks off its second-quarter earnings season on October 10.

In the first quarter of FY25, TCS announced a 9 per cent year-on-year increase in net profit, which totaled 12,040 crore (profit attributable to shareholders of the company), increase from 11,120 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The company recorded operating revenues of 62,613 crore, an increase of 5.4 percent compared to 59,381 crore in the same period last year.

Apart from this dominant company, Tata Elxsi and Avenue Supermarts (DMart) are among the leading companies expected to announce their quarterly results this week.

October 10

Tata Consultancy Services, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency, Tata Elxsi, Anand Rathi Wealth, Arkade Developers, Den Networks, GM Breweries, Ashoka Metcast Limited, NB Footwear, Hathway Bhawani Cabletel And Datacom.

October 11

Hathway Cable and Datacom, Reliance Industrial Infrastructure, Plastiblends India, Atishay, PVV Infra, Jagsonpal Finance and Leasing, Universal Arts.

In the first quarter of 2025, Avenue Supermarts, the operator of the well-known DMart retail chain, announced an increase in consolidated profit by 17.5%, reaching 774 crore, up from 659 crore in the same quarter last year. Additionally, the company’s revenues increased by 18.6%. year to year (y/y) and amounted to 14,069 crores.
