PERRY COUNTY, Miss. (WDAM) – The Runnelstown Public Utility District has issued a boil water advisory for customers in Perry County.

Everything east of Bogahoma in the Runnelstown Utility District, including Backstrom, Wendell, Leonard Clark, Graham and Annie Hinton Circle, will be affected.

The notice concerns around 200 people.

Customers who obtain their water from the Runnelstown Utility District are advised to boil their water vigorously for at least one minute before using it.
