Cops Allege Rosie O’Donnell’s Daughter Chelsea ‘Actively Used and Trafficked Meth’ Before Arrest

Chelsea O’Donnellcomedian’s daughter Rosie O’DonnellHe faces three felonies and two misdemeanors after he was pulled over earlier this month while driving a vehicle belonging to a woman who had an arrest warrant for him.

Chelsea, 27, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotics, bail jumping, obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Oconto County Jail on October 11 and released on bail three days later.

During a traffic stop earlier that morning, officers said Chelsea was visibly agitated and refused to look the officer in the eye.
