E-Commerce and Digital Marketing training program has been successfully completed in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA: A two-day classroom training program on e-commerce, social media marketing and Open Digital Commerce Network (ONDC), supported by NABARD and organized by “WE FOR YOU”, concluded successfully on Saturday at CMTC Residential Hall, Tinsukia. The aim of this initiative was to equip Self Help Groups (SHGs), Shared Responsibility Groups (JLGs), Producer Organizations (POs) and entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital marketplace.

The program was actively participated by a diverse group of participants who took part in interactive sessions and practical workshops conducted by Master Trainer Anjana Bhartia from M/S EastLand, an expert in e-commerce and social media marketing. Participants gained practical insights and strategies that will help them navigate and succeed in the digital economy. Key figures who graced the inauguration including Barun Biswas, District Development Officer, NABARD; Vishwanath Jha, Tinsukia District General Manager; Suranjan Chatterjee, Director, Rural Self-Employment Training Institute; Manjit Gogoi, District Project Manager of Assam Rural Mission; and Trinayan Gogoi, Deputy Secretary, WE FOR YOU, were also present at the closing ceremony.

During the closing remarks, Barun Biswas, DDM, NABARD expressed his delight with the enthusiasm and commitment shown by the participants. He reiterated the enormous potential of digital commerce to transform local businesses and urged participants to use their new skills to expand market reach and enhance entrepreneurship.

After the speeches, a certificate awarding ceremony took place, during which each participant received a certificate of completion. This certificate of achievement was presented by distinguished guests including Barun Biswas and Vishwanath Jha.

The participants expressed gratitude to NABARD for supporting the initiative and expressed appreciation for the invaluable learning experience they gained.

Trinayan Gogoi, deputy secretary of “We For You”, in his closing speech thanked the participants for their active participation and the trainers for their valuable contribution. He reaffirmed WE FOR YOU’s commitment to continue such educational initiatives to support economic growth and inclusive development.
