The leak says that Huawei is increasing the quantity of Kirin chips for its upcoming flagship devices

Huawei is apparently increasing the number of Kirin chips for its upcoming top flagship products. The company is preparing new phones and tablets with advanced capabilities, and the addition of a powerful chip can further increase their functionality.

Weibo insider @DigitalChatStation claims that the number of Kirin chips is constantly increasing, and the reason for the stock increase may be a set of new Huawei devices.

The company appears to have resolved supply chain issues related to Kirin chip production. Although how far things will stay on track is still a big question.

The inputs also reveal premium models that are currently in the pipeline and will be launched in the coming months. The list starts with a large tablet that supports Beidou’s satellite messaging and NearLink technology.

Two days ago, the MatePad MRO-W00 model with the satellite SMS function appeared in the radio approval database. This could be the same tablet mentioned in the leak.

Other products on the list include two high-end smartphone series. Both lines are said to use Kirin 5G chips in all models. These two could be the Nova 13 and Mate 70 series.

In the case of the former, there are rumors about the use of the Kirin 9010 chipset in the Pura 70 Ultra in all variants. The latter is to use a completely new, powerful Kirin processor. The Mate 70 models were also expected to use 5nm process technology, but that may not be possible for now.

Battery:

Apart from the chip details, the tipster mentioned that these devices may use a large battery (possibly with a capacity of more than 6,000 cells). Thanks to this, upcoming products will be more durable, focused on high performance and will have better functionalities.

Huawei has not commented on this news yet. So it’s better to keep this leak accurate for now. However, we will keep you updated on the latest news on this matter.
