Team development in a Shrewsbury care home

To meet its ongoing commitment to providing high quality care and support to its care homes, Coverage Care has recruited additional roles to support major investments in the introduction of digital solutions to complement and enhance its services. Workforce development is at the heart of the company’s culture, and new positions support ongoing investment in the workforce.

Jamie Stubbs and Amy Hutchings join as additional operations managers and will support care home managers and their team in providing the best care and support.

Alexandra Robinson joins the team as Assistant Property Manager.

Nicky Spencer is a marketing and PR specialist. It will celebrate and share everything that is happening in homes and wider communities.

Catrin Corcoran, HR Overseas Recruitment Coordinator, will lead an overseas sponsorship program that will enable Coverage Care to tap into its broad talent pool.

Simon Challoner joins as Senior IT Technician and Hannah Gittins joins as IT Technician.
