The E-Commerce Sales and Marketing Manager will take responsibility for all customer retention strategies. They will manage all email marketing activities, update copy and web photos, and develop lead-generating content. The manager will need strong organizational and communication skills to lead photo shoots and manage event activations.

This position will require the manager to act independently and make creative decisions that will positively influence SYNC in the minds of consumers, while maintaining a consistent brand image. The Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and E-Commerce and consistently cooperates with the Senior Digital Content Manager and external contractors.

Essential features

• Your own customer retention marketing strategy
• Develop messages and texts for key campaigns
• Manage all your email revenue and track key metrics
  • Create visualizations and write copy for 3+ email campaigns per week
  • Create, promote and test the effectiveness of all email flows
• Manage your merchandising calendar with home page and landing page updates
• Manage photographers for snow and studio photo shoots
• Create SEO-focused blog content
• Reporting weekly to the leadership team on key objectives
• Collaboration in creating digital ads
• Manage communication and distribution of race prizes
• Research the upcoming changes in DTC marketing

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in ski racing or ski industry required
• 3+ years of DTC marketing experience preferred
• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Trello, Monday.com or other CRM platforms

Compensation

Starting salary for this position is $62,000-$75,000 based on experience. Additionally, employees receive access to an employee discount and a company computer for business use.
