Digital Care changes its name to Boltech Poland after the acquisition

Digital Care, a device protection and services company based in Poland, changes its name to Boltech Poland.

This follows Boltech’s acquisition of Digital Care for an undisclosed amount in October 2023.

Founded in 2012, Digital Care provides customer-centric device lifecycle solutions in Poland and several markets in Asia, Europe and Africa.

The rebranding marks Boltech’s expanded presence in Europe, offering a comprehensive range of embedded solutions, and is part of its strategy to expand its reach into four new markets in the EMEA region – Poland, Croatia, Lithuania and South Africa.

The name change will not impact existing Digital Care services or contracts. All partnerships and customer offers will continue unchanged.
