Ghana’s industrial sector is driving the fastest GDP growth in two years

Ghana the economy expanded at its fastest pace in more than two years after the industrial sector posted its best performance in 19 quarters.

Gross domestic product grew 4.7% in the three months to March from a year earlier compared with 3.8% in the previous quarter, government statistician Samuel Kobina Annim he told reporters in the capital, Accra, on Tuesday.
