City Carbonic takes over the gas cylinder business of Automatic Fire Control | Acquisitions

City Carbonic, a company specializing in compressed gas, has taken over the cylinder gas distribution division of Automatic Fire Control.

Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Automatic Fire Control has over 40 years of experience delivering bottled gases, including carbon dioxide (CO2) and helium.

The company’s acquisition will expand City Carbonic’s service offerings and reach the state of Oklahoma.

Amy Morgan Bruecks, managing partner of City Carbonic, said she is excited to welcome Automatic Fire Control customers to the City Carbonic family.

City Carbonic has been in the industry since 1909, offering CO2, breathing air, dry ice and nitrogen supplies and services. The company is believed to be the oldest CO2 distributor in Oklahoma.
