Polaris Renewable Energy elects new directors

Polaris Infrastructure (TSE:PIF) has released an update.

Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. successfully elected all six director candidates proposed by management at the annual and special shareholders’ meeting, which was conducted via live video broadcast on the Internet. The newly elected directors will serve until the next annual meeting or until their successors are appointed. Polaris, a Canadian company, has renewable energy projects in five Latin American countries, including geothermal, hydroelectric and solar facilities.
