“Leading All of Africa”: Nigeria’s Path to a Renewable Energy Revolution

In November, the government partnered with Sun Africa LLC, a US-based renewable energy solutions provider, to launch a $2.2 billion initiative to deliver 961 megawatts of peaking (MWp) photovoltaic (PV) power generation infrastructure ) and 455 megawatt hours (MWh) of battery energy storage systems.
