Respected commercial landscape architecture firm acquired by Equity Partnership – Procopio

Kudos to Southern California client and renowned commercial landscape and property maintenance provider Labahn’s Landscaping on its acquisition by Verde Property Services, the operating arm of Verde Equity Partners. Labahn’s landscape architecture division has been dedicated to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction for over 40 years, making it a good fit for Verde Property Services’ growing portfolio.

Procopio M&A and Strategic Joint Ventures Partner Dennis Doucette led Labahn’s Landscaping support team, assisted by corporate attorneys Natalie Dundas and Kaitlyn Jensen. They were joined by three members of the Procopio tax team: David Boatwright, Eric Swenson and John Miles.

Both sides expect the transition to be smooth. Labahn’s Landscaping will continue to operate under its established brand, leveraging the combined resources and expertise of both companies, providing customers with a broader range of services and improved customer service.
